Gillette Burnout - The Proposal
On October 12th, Jeff Davis proposed to his girlfriend live at the Lowe's race track with the burnout message 'Marry Me Ashley' played out in front of thousands of Nascar fans.
Creative team Alex Goulart and Joao Medeiros were both born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and grew up in the UK. They have worked in Belgium, Singapore and now the U.S, devising and producing commercial messages for international clients.
Currently, they work at BBDO New York, principally on the global Gillette business.
Their work is often featured in the industry press and has been recognized at several award shows including the D&AD and New York Festivals.
